Your non watermarked version free to download...

Above is an example of what you can make using this free digital stamp. I used embossing, paper piecing and coloured the image using a mixture of Copic and Dovecraft pens. Finally added some matting and layering, pink gem stones and a little bow ribbon to complete.
.
I'm looking forward to seeing what each of you come up with using this little digi... You can post a link in the post a link on the side bar near the top if you like as I'd love to see your creations :D

NEWS

.
As many of you know, I have been considering selling my digital stamps online and have been toying with this idea for weeks now. I set up a shop (yes - Paypal complete and everything) but have decided NOT to go ahead and sell!
.
The good news is - I am going to continue to release freebie digital stamps to all visitors to Digital Doodling instead... much more fun! So every time I create a little digi - I will pop it up on site for you to download and use in your projects, blog challenges, competitions, etc. You may enter other bloggers challenges and competitions using these images because I am not restricting them to Digital Doodling challenges / comps only.
.
Instead of paying for my digital images - all I ask is that you:
.
(a) Post a link in the Post-A-Link section to any cards / projects you make using DD's stamps (if you would like to share them with us and it would be nice to showcase and spotlight your designs sometimes) and
.
(b) Post a link back to Digital Doodling whereby others may download the digi also. Please do not post unwatermarked DD digis on your site - rather please refer bloggers back to Digital Doodling to obtain their stamp on the site where it has originated ... I believe this is a fair exchange in return for a growing library of free digital stamps :D
,
I will set up this section shortly and post it near the top in the sidebar and will continue to release free digital stamps as long as there is an interest for them... Post-A-Link and the Followers will be a good indicator of this for me - so spread the news :D
.
So why not go ahead and sell?
.
For me personally, I set up Digital Doodling as a hobby and lately it has begun to feel more like a chore as I haven't had time for family, friends or much else really! ((( I want my hobby back!!! ))) ...What's more, I get far more pleasure from seeing your finished creations using my stamps freely than the thought of a hard slog trying to make money from them and this is the kind of return that money and effort cannot buy!
.
There will still be the odd challenge sprinkled here and there - but this site is definitely not going to be a regular challenge site - mainly my hobby corner.
.
What I have decided also means that I do not feel pressured to create in any way and can add more free digi's as and when I am ready... better for me and better for you :D
.
What about the digital stamps which have already been created?
.
Well guess what - I am going to give them ALL away for free one by one each week.
..
New digi coming soon!
.
There's a new stamp on the block (well not on a stamp block but you get my drift) and she's called 'Little Miss Issy'. I will give you all a sneak preview later (yes - I will continue to be a tease)!
..
Just thought I would keep all my faithful followers up-to-date with what I have finally decided...
.
Lastly and more importantly, I would like to publicly thank Mandy, Liz and Lori for their time as DT members (short as this may have been). They have been great girls and I love them all as friends... I could not have asked for a better DT. I wish them all the best as they continue creating their fab designs and look forward to seeing their latest projects over on their own blogs each week - Thanks girls - you've each been great and I wish you all the very best in the future...

Spotlight on Simply Create

Challenge No 2 has kindly been sponsored by Jacqui at Simply Create. Jacqui opened her fab new craft shop a few months ago and already is becoming well known for her fabulous supply of crafting materials which include a huge range of rubber stamps, e.g. Sarah Kay, Squiggles, Smirk, Tina Wenke, Sugar Nellie, etc, etc (to name but a few)... If you are looking for a particular stamp in any of these ranges - why not give Jacqui a call... Simply Create offers free P&P to anywhere within the UK on many items such as rubber stamps, papers, etc... You can contact Jacqui on 01975 564010 or visit her blog site at Simply Create. Jacqui also offers fab paper crafting workshops and you can have a sneak preview at one which is sure to be popular called Winter Song - click HERE.
.
Also, for a limited time, Jacqui is offering the new Pink Cuttlebug for £60.00 (sorry no free P&P on this item) - but if you are in the Aberdeenshire area - this is definitely an offer not to be missed and what a fab Christmas pressie this would make (big hint hubby)!!!
.
Thanks for being a generous sponsor Jacqui and we wish you all the best with your new shop hun and hearing about your new promo's (which we will post here) xx

Mrs Tilly Claus

.

.
Made this card a few days ago whilst waiting for the kitchen floor to dry - Don't you just hate mopping up girls? I'd much rather be making cards. I keep telling hubby card making IS working but he just isn't fooled!!! I guess it must look to him like I'm having too much fun ;D
.
Anyway, it's my Birthday today (21 again x 2 + 2!!!) and I received enough money to invest in a small collection of Copic pens (which I can't wait to get my mits on) and some fab new Promarker pens (non water based ones)... I got the Promarker pens whilst visiting Simply Create in Alford yesterday (which is THE place to get Promarkers in Aberdeenshire - amongst other crafting goodies which I will tell you about later...). Whilst there, I also met Judy from Judy's Crafty Moments - Judy is going to be doing a demo at Simply Create called Winter Song (5th December at 1.30pm) and if you are in the Aberdeenshire area - there's a real treat in store if you pop along to see her HERE
.
I had a fab day yesterday... It was just lovely meeting both Judy and Jacqui (Simply Create) and hope today is as good too :D .

Spotlight on Debbi...

For all you crafters out there who will be fortunate enough to receive this amazing gift box in your Christmas stocking this year... (or for the winners in the blog candy competition - see side bar for details), I would like you to meet Debbi - the lady whom Letraset contacted to demonstrate the craft tutorial included in their kit... Debbi lives not too far from myself and has not been crafting for very long but has an amazing reputation on Blogger for her fantastic demos carried out using Promarker pens...

Country Tilly

I really had fun designing this oldy worldy 'Country Tilly' - This particular pre-shaded Tilly is a treat to colour using chalks, copics or promarkers and is especially helpful if you're not good at shading (such as me) because it's all done for you!
..
.Now I feel a 'Mrs Claus Tilly' in the making... What do you think crafters??? Okay - spread the word and let's see 200 followers on DD and Mrs Tilly Claus (a newbie) will suddenly appear as a freebie download... :D

Liz from Liz's Creative Corner has been busy this week and created a couple of beautiful card designs using 'Fairy Tilly' (with dots) and 'Tilly & Ted'... I'm sure you will all agree - Liz is a real dab hand with her copic pens... Thanks Liz - these cards are both really fab and I appreciate your time and talent in creating them :D xx
